Chocolate Pudding Pie
Description:
Delicious, rich chocolate dessert. A layer of cream cheese and
sugar, a layer of chocolate pudding, and a layer of whipped cream.
I usually substitute 2 oreo cookie crusts for the crust in the
recipe, it is easier and I prefer the taste.
Yield: 12 to 18 servings

Directions:
- Mix butter, flower, and pecans
- Press against bottom of 9x13 pan
- Bake at 350 F. until light brown (10 to 20 minutes)
- Cool completely

Directions:
- Cream cheese must be soft (room temperature)
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/2 of whipped topping
- Spread cream cheese mix evenly over crust
- Mix puddings and milk thoroughly and allow to thicken for several minutes
- Spread pudding mix over cream cheese mix
- Spread whipped topping over pudding mix
- Garnish with chocolate shavings
- Refrigerate
