Dijon Pork Chops
Description:
A one-pan pork chop dish with a dijon mustard cream sauce.

Directions:
- Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper
- Brown pork chops on both sides
Dijon Mustard Sauce

Italian Parsley (chopped) |
Directions:
- Remove pork chops to a platter
- Pour off excess fat from the pan
- Add onion to pan and cook for about one minute
- Deglaze the pan with white wine
- Add chicken stock
- Return pork chops to the pan and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, the sauce should reduce by half
- Add cream
- After about two minutes add mustard and parsley
- Serve
