Greek Salad
Description:
Cucumber-based salad with a lemon vinaigrette.
Yield:
Side dish for 6 people.

Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except olive oil
- Whisk in olive oil slowly

Directions:
- Cut cucumber into half moons
- Chop tomatoes, red onion, olives, and bell pepper
- Cut feta into small chunks
- Toss all ingredients with vinaigrette and serve
