Grilled Chicken with Mango Salsa

Brine

3/4 | c. | Water |
2 | tsp. | Kosher Salt |
1/2 | c. | Orange Juice |
2 | Tbsp. | Lime Juice |
1/4 | tsp. | Black Pepper |
2 | Chicken Breasts |
Directions:
- Bring water to a simmer, add salt, and cool
- Add orange juice, lime juice, black pepper
- Refrigerate chicken in brine for 4-6 hours
- Remove chicken from brine and season with salt and pepper
- Grill chicken
- Serve with Mango Salsa (see recipe)
