Rosemary Mustard Game Hens
Description:
Cornish game hens, oven roasted with a mustard rosemary flavor.

Directions:
- Make sure game hens are well thawed (so that they will absorb the mustard and rosemary flavor)
- Combine all ingredients (except hens) in a bowl and mix well
- Rub mixture over hens
- Bake at 375 for 75 minutes (cover with foil if they start to brown too much before they are done cooking)
- Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes
- Eat with your bare hands
