Strawberry Cake
Description:
A moist strawberry cake with a cream cheese frosting.
Yield: A two-layer, 9-inch cake.

Strawberries (hulled, mashed, with juice) |

Vegetable Oil |

Milk |
Directions:
- Stir together cake mix and gelatin
- Beat eggs, mix with strawberries, vegetable oil, and milk
- Stir only until well mixed
- Combine cake mixture with strawberry mixture and mix well
- Bake at 350 F. for about 28 minutes (a toothpick should come out clean)

Powdered Sugar |
Directions:
- With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla together
- Add powdered sugar and mix very well
- Frost cake, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes
- Keep cake refrigerated
