Turtle Cookies
Description:
Chocolate cookies with peanuts and caramel.

3/4 | c. | Cocoa Powder |
1 | tsp. | Baking Soda |
1/2 | tsp. | Kosher Salt |
1/2 | c. | Peanuts (roughly chopped) |
1/2 | c. | Peanut Butter Chips (Reese's) |
1 | c. | Chocolate and Caramel Chunks (at Albertsons) |
Directions:
- Cream sugar and butter
- Add eggs and vanilla
- Sift dry ingredients separately
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well
- Add peanuts, peanut butter chips, and chocolate/caramel chunks
- Scoop dough out onto baking sheet in small lumps, leaving plenty of room between each lump of dough
- Bake at 350 for about 13 minutes (check regularly after 10 minutes)
